Minimum Order Quantity:Our minimum order quantity for custom embroidery services is 1 item per design.

Thread and Fabric Selection:We offer a range of thread colors and types (polyester, rayon) for custom embroidery. Customers can select their preferred thread color and specify any special requests regarding thread type.

Quality Assurance:Our team conducts quality checks throughout the embroidery process to ensure that the final products meet our standards. This includes inspections for thread tension, stitching accuracy, and overall embroidery quality.

TURNAROUND TIME
Typical turnaround time is 2 to 14 working days. Turnaround time starts when you've paid the 50% deposit and PO/Agreement is signed.

RUSH ORDERS:
We also offer rush services at the following rate of the total cost of your order : 7-day: 35%, 4-days: 50%, 2-days: 100%.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING: Shipping costs and delivery methods will be communicated to customers based on their location and order size. We take care in packaging embroidered products to ensure they arrive safely and in excellent condition.

CANCELLATIONS Cancellations made after an order has been placed will be subject to a 15% restocking fee, return shipping fees to warehouse, plus any additional fees required to cover services already rendered, including artwork creation.
