Made-to-Order Production
At The CustomStore, every item is made-to-order and customized specifically for you. Production begins once your order has been confirmed and, when applicable, artwork or design proofs have been approved.
Production times may vary depending on the product, order quantity, and customization requirements.
Processing Time
Most orders are processed and completed within 5–10 business days after order confirmation and approval of any required artwork.
Large orders, bulk orders, or highly customized projects may require additional production time. If this applies to your order, we will notify you as soon as possible.
Shipping Time
Once your order has been completed, it will be shipped using one of our trusted shipping partners.
Estimated delivery times:
- Quebec: 1–3 business days
- Canada: 2–7 business days
- United States: 5–10 business days
- International: 7–21 business days
Please note that these delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package size, weight, and selected shipping method.
Free shipping promotions may be offered periodically and will be clearly stated on our website.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information (when available) so you can monitor your shipment's progress.
Shipping Delays
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, The CustomStore is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Shipping carriers
- Weather conditions
- Customs inspections
- Natural disasters
- Labor disruptions
- Other circumstances beyond our control
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an incorrect address is provided and the order is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date or receipt of the package.
We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.
Local Pickup
Local pickup may be available for customers in the Montreal area. If available, this option will be displayed during checkout.
