One time Fee of a minimum of $35 will be charged to have the file digitized into an embroidery file.

Design Approval: Before beginning production, customers must approve the design mock-up or proof provided by our team. This includes verifying the design, spelling, and placement of the embroidery.

Minimum Order Quantity: Our minimum order quantity for custom embroidery services is 1 item per design.

Design Limitations: We recommend avoiding overly intricate designs or designs with a high color count, as they may not translate well to embroidery. Our team will work with customers to ensure that their designs are suitable for embroidery.

Embroidery Placement: Customers are responsible for specifying the desired embroidery placement on each garment (e.g., left chest, sleeve, back). Clear instructions and mock-ups are appreciated to ensure accuracy.

Thread and Fabric Selection: We offer a range of thread colors and types (polyester, rayon) for custom embroidery. Customers can select their preferred thread color and specify any special requests regarding thread type.

Proof of Ownership: Customers must provide proof of ownership or authorization for logos, trademarks, or copyrighted designs that they want to be embroidered. This ensures compliance with intellectual property laws.

Payment Terms: A 50% deposit is required upon order placement for custom embroidery services. Full payment is due upon completion of the order. We accept payments via credit/debit card, PayPal, or bank transfer. Cancellation/refund policies apply.

Quality Assurance: Our team conducts quality checks throughout the embroidery process to ensure that the final products meet our standards. This includes inspections for thread tension, stitching accuracy, and overall embroidery quality.

TURNAROUND TIME
Typical turnaround time is 2 to 14 working days. Turnaround time starts when you've paid the 50% deposit and PO/Agreement is signed.

RUSH ORDERS:
We also offer rush services at the following rate of the total cost of your order : 7-day: 35%, 4-days: 50%, 2-days: 100%.
Be assured that we will work with you to insure your order is completed and shipped on time.
However, The Customstore cannot be responsible for any shipping delays caused by the shipping company, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING: Shipping costs and delivery methods will be communicated to customers based on their location and order size. We take care in packaging embroidered products to ensure they arrive safely and in excellent condition.

CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER AFTER PAYMENT
If not due to a stock issue, any change made to your order there will be a change fee of $50.00 in addition to any additional costs associated with the changes.
Indeed, this fee covers restocking and shipping charges back to our supplier's warehouse.
Be aware that any change will lead to a delay on your order, including rush orders. Please be certain of your quantities, styles and garment colors prior to placing your order.
Once the process begins, everyone in our shop starts to work on different aspects of the job, and changes become costly and time-consuming.

CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations made after an order has been placed will be subject to a 15% restocking fee, return shipping fees to warehouse, plus any additional fees required to cover services already rendered, including artwork creation.
However once, once production or any decoration of the garments has begun on the order, No cancellations will be accepted .

BACK ORDERS
The Customstore continuously works to keep an eye on items we know have the potential to be out of stock but we cannot guarantee their availability. Therefore, Therefore, The Customstore is not responsible for items that are out of stock.
If we are facing an out of stock items, we will provide you with a list of possible replacements to approve prior to ordering. We reserve the right to substitute similar items of different brands when stock issues arise without prior approval.

Machine Wash: Wash the garment in cold water on a gentle cycle.
Using cold water helps prevent shrinking and color fading, especially for cotton fabrics.

Mild Detergent: Use a mild detergent that is suitable for both cotton and Polyester fabrics. Avoid using harsh chemicals or bleach, as they can damage the fibers and affect the garment's color and durability.

Avoid Hot Water: Do not use hot water, as it can cause the fabric to shrink, especially the cotton Component. Stick to cold or lukewarm water for washing.

Gentle Cycle: Use the gentle or delicate cycle on your washing machine to prevent excessive agitation, which can lead to Wear and tear on the fabric and embroidery.

Turn Inside Out: Turn the garment inside out before washing to protect the Embroidered areas and minimize friction with other items in the washing machine.

Dry on Low Heat: After washing, tumble dry the garment on a low heat setting or air dry it to avoid excessive heat exposure. High heat can damage the polyester fibers and cause the garment to shrink.

Ironing: If ironing is necessary, use a low heat setting and iron the garment inside out to protect the embroidered areas. Avoid direct contact between the iron and the embroidery to prevent flattening or damaging the threads.

Storage: Store the garment in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to prevent color fading and maintain its quality over time.

Following these care instructions will help preserve the appearance, color, and longevity of your cotton and polyester blend garment, including any custom embroidery. Always refer to the
specific care label attached to the garment for detailed instructions tailored to that particular item.
